General Purpose Sensors Self Contained from ATC

The 7231A, 7232A, are all-in-one photoelectric controllers designed for through-beam, diffuse, and retro-reflective applications. They feature: an optional 5 second time delay (on-delay, off-delay, and one-shot); sensitivity adjustment (diffuse only); 3A SPDT relay; and 24 to 240VAC or DC operating range.

The 7260 series offers models as through-beam diffuse-reflective and retroreflective scanners. All models can be ordered with the unique multi-voltage input capability combined wih a relay output (or) with the DC voltage input coupled with a logic level output. Because the DC/logic units provide both NPN and PNP output transistors, these models are compatible with virtually all programmable controllers. Each of these models within the 7260 series includes a complete control system—power supply, emitter, receiver and output switching. The rugged, compact housing(s) are easy and economical to install.

Rugged, easy to use, photoelectric sensor family. Conduit connection, with convenient terminal strip wiring makes installation quick and solid. Timing functions include one-shot, on-delay and off-delay. Will operate on nearly any voltage, from 12VDC to 240VAC for applications worldwide. Diagnostic capability includes indicator light for plant floor action, and an NPN output for signaling PLC or PC. Sensing range up to 5m for retro, 700mm for diffuse. Heavy duty relay handles up to 5A at 250VAC. Easy, flip-open cover snaps securely in place without screws.

The 7680 series was developed for its choice of AC/DC or DC power supply and small inexpensive package. Available in four operating modes. These sensors have a NEMA 4 rating and three output types: (Relay, FET or NPN), making this series ideal for many applications.

The 7690 series was developed for its’ versatility and small packaging. Available in five operating modes and two mounting styles, these units can handle almost all of your sensing applications.
