3820/30 Series
Process Meter and Process Meter with Totalizer

The models 3820 Process Meter and 3830 Process Meter with Totalizer offer many features and performance capabilities to suit a wide range of industrial applications.

The 3820 and 3830 are available in the ranges of 4-20mA, 0-10 VDC, or 0-5VDC. An optional 10 VDC and 24 VDC excitation is available for these models. These units include a 12 point linearization capability for compensation of nonlinear processes.

The 3820 and 3830 provide two programmable, (PEAK, VAL), reading memory.

The 3830 Totalizer can be used to compute a time-input product. This can be used to provide readout in totalized flow, batch or weighing operations.

The units can have up to 4 setpoint alarms assignable to Rate, Totalizer (3830), or both Rate and Totalizer.

Four front keys are easily programmed for special functions allowing quick access to alarms, view Peaks, reset totals or switch scaling from gallons to barrels.

3320N4 Series
3-1/2 / 4-1/2 Digit 4-20mA Indicator with Relay Output Options

The 3320 low cost display is designed for industrial and laboratory measurement. The unit comes standard with a NEMA 4X front cover and
a rugged anodized aluminum case that is well-suited for process environments.

The meter readout is a ±1,999 count LED display. A 12-bit A/D provides excellent stability. This meter can measure all the common transducer outputs (4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC).

The 3320 also supplies excitation power to drive process instruments at
10 VDC @ 120 mA or 24 VDC @ 50 mA.

The 3320 has a bright and long lasting 0.56" high red LED display. Screw terminal connectors on this unit simplify wiring and installation.
A 4½-Digit model, 3324, is also available.

3330/60 Series
T/C and RTD Indicator with Relay Output Options

The 3330 thermocouple display offers a low cost solution for indicating and/or controlling temperature from a type "J" or "K" thermocouple. The unit is available in 1° (3330) or 0.1° (3332) temperature resolution. Temperature ranges for a type "J" thermocouple is -148° to 1,292°F (-100° to 700°C). Temperature ranges for the type "K" thermocouple is -148° to 1999°F, (-100° to +1200°C).

The 3360 RTD display indicates and/or controls temperature from a 2 or 3 wire 100 platinum (0.00385 Alpha) sensor. The temperature range is
-148° to +1472°F (-100° to +800°C). The unit has an excitation of 1 mA max. which eliminates heating effects.

The display has a bright 0.56" high red LED display housed in a NEMA 4X front case. The indicator flashes all digits if the thermocouple opens or the wire becomes faulty.

3400 Series
Process Meter and Process Meter with Totalizer

The 3400 series digital panel meter displays are considerably larger, brighter and therefore more visible than displays for conventional instruments with the same DIN size. The 3400 has a standard warranty period of 3 years. The meter is user–friendly in programming with two options in scaling the meter into engineering units. The first method is a simple data entry of two points and the corresponding display values. The second method is accomplished by simply applying a signal to the input and entering the display value equal to the input signal. The Process, Thermocouple, and RTD models offer an optional output of 2 SPDT relays rated for 8A @ 250VAC. The display on the 3400 updates at a rate of 4/sec.

3/64 DIN Slim Temperature Meter Pressure Controller and Strain Gauge Meter

The 3600 series is a 3/64 DIN universal meter. It offers a standard two alarm relay output, digital filtering and has a 5/sec display update rate. There is also menu selection of J, K, T, R and S thermocouples or Pt100, Ni100 RTD's, 0.1 degree resolution, C or F. It has front panel adjustable zero and span and automatic fixed cold junction.
